About company – LEON and TWIN both are one company they just have 2 sites (just made themselves their competitor).
Bonuses – They just offer free bonuses to collect our data when they will get enough registration immediately they will say oh free spins are not working because this promotion is closed and than they try to get deposits for their stupid bonuses LOL.
Deposit – they use local agents and 40 percent of the time they do not pay your money and 50% they will make you beg for your own money only 10% chance you have to get your money immediately.
Withdraw – at first they take one day to check requests, than they send it to payment department without any limits and support says it can take several days, after that they say executed payment and it can take 3 days and after 3 days due to technical error we had to decline your request. LOL
Verification – they can ask many documents for instance one time they will say – only document and selfie is enough, than they will see oh this player is winning they will ask for other documents without any reason just because their security team feels to get registry of my house, I am not kidding they asked for my house registry can you imagine.
Casino games – If you are playing some game and winning a lot in it they will create technical error for you and immediately your main account balance will be 0, and their support team will answer you should check your internet first and you played that amount there was no issue from their side.
Delete account – Never say you have gambling problem they will never delete your account they will block your account for 6 months, you can mention other issue to delete account just not gambling issue otherwise it will be impossible to delete your account.
It was my experience and suggestions, consider it if you really cares about your time and money.

Deposits and withdrawals went thru fine…
Deposits and withdrawals went thru fine until recently
Now they are pending account verification. I have already send in ID.
They are asking for a bank statement. PDF format only. The bank only generates this once per month. They will not take a screenshot showing an Interac etransfer(which is possibly the most secure payment a casino could take, no way to reverse claim fraud etc, in other words it’s bullet proof payment for them once sent) so, I am being inconvenienced by them and having my withdrawal delayed. I have played at many other sites and sceeenshots were fine if required. This is just a tactic to stall one’s withdrawal and get them to lose it while waiting.
The sad part of this is that this site is owned by Leon.bet which I have had zero issues with like this. I have literally deposited thousands and thousands and withdrawn quite a few times too and there was never this issue.
Based upon my experience with twin I would still away from all casinos affiliated with them. Leon.bet Oddsring.
Today I received this message from Twin:

We understand your concerns and would like you to have peace of mind that the funds from your account will be paid in full after the verification procedure, but We guess that your screenshots and printouts confirming deposits towards Twin were edited in a graphics editor.
Please provide a proof of deposit made to Twin without any editing. You can provide a proof of one penultimate transaction 362399274 made on 07th of January (400 CAD).
Please don’t edit your document at all.

This has restored some of my faith in this company. I can only guess from that message they thought my documents were altered. I dont know. I re-submitted the same documents I had before and an hour later I was verified. I put in a withdrawal for a small amount $50 and it got approved and I have received it. I just put in another withdrawal amount for a large amount and it is pending.
